Another cracking album by the almighty two piece from Ohio. The opening track ‘Lonely Boy’ has forever been burnt into my memory with that classic video – will never forget it.
This album seems to have taken on a more commercial, even pop feel to it. Full of great guitar riffs and the injection of keyboards and backing vocals is a nice change on this album. I will however find myself going back and listening over their back catalogue, as this is where you find their real charm, in their raw bluesy-rock.
This however is a great album and sure to get plenty of new fans on board.
